While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, EstiPros does not guarantee any specific results, including job awards, cost savings, or bid wins. All estimates are based on the information provided by the client and available at the time of analysis.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely project information. EstiPros is not responsible for delays, errors, or miscalculations resulting from incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate project data.
7. Intellectual Property
All documents, templates, processes, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of EstiPros unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use them for internal business purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EstiPros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or estimates.
9. Confidentiality
